These are the consequence guidelines staff uses when rules are broken, to see the server rules
Staff reserves the right to make a consequence more or less severe based on the details of the situation.
1.
Offensive Language/Harassment: First, a verbal warning, then an official warning. After that, a 24-48 hour mute, increasing in time after every offense up to a permanent mute.
2.
Spamming: One to two verbal warnings, then an official warning. After that, a 24-48 hour mute, increasing in time after every offense. Intentional spamming with an auto-typer will result in an immediate mute. Spamming about another server will obviously result in an immediate permanent mute.
3.
Politics: Same consequences as spamming, as talking about politics can be considered spam.
4.
Botting: A simple auto-clicker from a brand new player would just get a warning, as they may not realize we check for auto clickers. After that, a 24-48 hour ban, increasing with each offense. Botting on multiple accounts or another account after the initial ban will upgrade the ban to an IP ban for the same length.
5.
Real World Trading: The seller of items is always dealt with more harshly than the buyer, especially if they reach out to players to sell the items. Attempting to RWT will result in an official warning. After the official warning, or if a RWT was actually executed, the account of the seller of the items will be permanently banned, and any traded items will be removed from the buyer. The punishment of the buyer will depend on the amount of fault that falls on the buyer, and the outside items they traded that were not recoverable will be considered.
6.
Account Sharing: An initial small offense will just be given an official warning. If the account-sharing is severe, such as two people sharing an account for an extended period of time, or any warnings were ignored, the account that was shared will be permanently banned.
7.
Scamming: Small and first-time offenses will result in a 48-hour to 1-week ban and any items will be returned. After that, a permanent, then IP ban.
8.
Bug Abuse: If a bug is reported right away, no punishment is needed; however, if the bug was used, especially if kept secret or a player was already told to not exploit it, the player will get a 48-hour to 1-week ban, as well as a possible rollback, or removal of items to revert any advantage from the bug. After the first offense or in a case of a serious bug such as duping, a permanent or IP ban will be given.
9.
Attacking The Server: This usually happens when a player who has quit still logs just to cause issues and entertain themselves at the expense of others. A verbal warning will be given at first, but after that the player will be permanently muted or banned. Any extreme cases will jump right to a permanent IP ban. Note: assuming the issues caused were minor, the permanent mute is appealable if the player wishes to return as a positive member of the community.
10.
Listen to Staff Members: A staff member will ask multiple times before any punishment is given. If the request is still ignored, an official warning will be given. After that, a temporary ban/mute will be given depending on what was ignored. The punishment may change once the staff team has had a chance to go over the situation.
Every instance of rule-breaking is different and sometimes consistency in punishments is difficult. Context is extremely important. The staff team frequently discuss any punishment before its given and we try to be as fair as possible. If you feel we got it wrong, you may contact the owner directly to appeal.
Note: All mutes are IP mutes, as being able to talk on another account defeats the purpose of the mute.
Attempting to get around a mute will result in a more severe punishment.
